Who we are
East Valley Water Damage is a restoration company that removes water, dries homes and businesses, and remediates mold across the Phoenix East Valley. We focus on water and mold only. We don't do fire, smoke or storm reconstruction, so every crew and every piece of equipment is set up for drying and remediation.
A note from James: Water damage feels urgent because it is. When you call, we'll tell you plainly what to do first, when a crew can reach you and what the job will involve, before any work starts.

- IICRC: We are an IICRC certified firm. Our technicians train to the IICRC S500 standard for water damage restoration and the S520 standard for mold remediation.

How we work
- We measure, not guess. Every drying job has a moisture map and daily readings, so you and your insurer can see the progress.
- We tell you the truth about timing. Emergency service is available 24/7, and when you call we give you an honest window for when a crew can arrive.
- We stay in our lane. We don't repair plumbing, roofs or HVAC systems. We tell you which trade you need and recommend one if you ask.
- We explain the bill. You get a written scope before work starts, with drying and repairs listed separately.
